Performance Management
As part of a content creation project for Performance Management on creating resources for managers & supervisors in how to evaluate employees, I designed several version of an infographic that could be distributed and stored as an accessible quick reference guide. These designs were not used as final versions, but were useful in establishing a visual aesthetic that was influential in the final, approved and accepted design.
- Client: Perforfmane Management, Office of People, Performance, and Culture, Tennessee State Government.
- Audience: Adult Professionals working in State Government/Public Sector
- Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop
- Timeframe: 2 weeks
- Design Comments: Infographics were created in Canva, using information provided by the Performance Management. Additional image editing was done with Adobe Photoshop. Color scheme for final versions was changed to match the three primary colors of the Tennessee State Government, as per branding guidelines.
Prototype, Version 01:

Prototype, Version 02:
The second prototype incorporated more information, a F.A.Q. section, and section dividers. I had difficulty matching the color palette to be uniform throughout the entire image. The format of this prototype was more warmly received than the first and while not approved, did influence the final design.
Tools: Image was sourced from Adobe Stock. Image compilation and final editing was done in Adobe Photoshop.
