As an instructional designer and e-learning developer, my goal is to create engaging, learner-centered experiences that empowers learners to acquire knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently with measurable outcomes and long-term retention. I aim to leverage my expertise in curriculum, teaching, technology, and content development to design training and learning experiences that align with organizational objectives, meet learner needs, and result in positive, measurable outcomes.
Specifically, I seek to:
